Our Managing Director, Jeff Innes has worked in the Aerospace sector for his entire career, spanning just over 20 years. He has budgeted for, sourced, purchased, and stocked an extensive inventory of parts driven by his analysis and data of aircraft needs over their lifetime. With a passion for challenging parts sourcing, Jeff realized early on that not all projects can be completed domestically. As such, he has taken the initiative to travel abroad to build a strong network of global suppliers in 12 different countries. His reputation for access and logistics is second-to-none. Jeff is driven by a passion for aviation, but also analytics – evaluating the success rates of maintenance technicians and partnering with the most efficient, accurate, and skilled individuals for overhaul and repair services.

CHEIF STRATEGY & INNOVATION OFFICER

As the Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at AIR SOURCE ONE AEROSPACE, Lauren leverages her over 19 years of entrepreneurial experience to create and execute strategic plans that enhance the company's competitive edge and customer satisfaction. She works with a global network of aviation partners and suppliers to source, manage, and deliver common and scarce parts and services for various aircraft models, including C-130, F-16, Rolls Royce T56/QEC and Boeing.

She is passionate about finding innovative solutions for the challenges and opportunities in the aerospace industry, using technology, process improvement, and data, to optimize efficiency, quality, and profitability.

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Brad Golbeck, Director of Business Development, boasts a formidable 23-year tenure in aviation, marked by diverse accomplishments. Originating from 8 years in heli logging under the Sikorsky S61, he transitioned into a dynamic 15-year stint in supply chain management. Specializing in S61, GE T58/CT58, S76, and C130, Brad's expertise spans critical aircraft components. Renowned for innovative cost reduction, he collaborates with operators on exchange sales, offering both financial relief and timely access to stock parts. His decade-long role as a Supply Chain Manager showcased his commitment to minimizing downtime and maximizing operational efficiency. In his current position, Brad leverages this rich background to form strategic partnerships, explore new opportunities, and significantly contribute to the sustained growth of AIR SOURCE ONE AEROSPACE.

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS

Having worked in Sales and Marketing for over 20 years, Mellisa’s knowledge allows her to effectively reach ASO’s target audience and tend to consumer’s needs with an appropriate go-to-market strategy. She researches, develops, and strategizes for existing products and services as well as comes up with new fresh and innovative ideas to drive business while consistently maintaining brand image. She will also partner and collaborate with organizations who can reach a broader audience to capture the digital aerospace market.

PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATOR

Our Operations manager, Leah comes from a long line of successful retailers, in which she managed all aspects of inventory control, management, and logistics . She oversees the organization’s supply chain with precision and accuracy while interfacing with manufacturers, suppliers, and end consumers. She works directly with the board of directors to determine the values and mission that support both short and long terms goals of the company and partners. She develops, implements, and reviews operational policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and consistency within the company guidelines. She builds alliances and partnerships with organizations that support the overall operations of Air Source One.
